Lone Pantry, Texas Staples
The Lone Pantry family of six butters on a table in Texas pecan country
Lone Pantry · Texas Staples

Texas staples, rooted in pecans.

A three-ingredient pecan butter, three honey butters and two chocolate peanut butters, crafted in small batches in San Saba, Texas, the Pecan Capital of the World.

Nut Butters

Pecans first.

Our signature All Natural Pecan Butter is pecans, pecan oil and sea salt, nothing else. The peanut butters pair creamy roasted peanuts with milk chocolate. Natural oil on top is a good sign, just stir.

Honey Butters

Made to melt.

Sweet, creamy and pale gold, with real pecans in the Original and the Sea Salt Caramel. A Southern table staple for hot biscuits, cornbread and pancakes.

Questions

Good to know

What is honey butter?

A sweet, creamy honey spread, pale gold and smooth, made to melt on hot biscuits, cornbread and pancakes. It is not a nut butter. The Original and the Sea Salt Caramel have real pecans in them; the Cinnamon is made without pecans.

Why is there oil on top of my pecan or peanut butter?

That is natural oil separation, and it is a good sign. Our nut butters skip the extra stabilizers many brands use. Just stir it back in. The honey butters are blended smooth and do not separate.

How should I store it?

Keep the jar tightly closed in a cool, dry place. Stir before each use. Check the best by date on the bottom of the jar.

What allergens are in your butters?

Every product lists its allergens under Contains on its page and on the jar. Our honey butters contain milk and soy, and most contain pecans. Our peanut butters contain milk, peanuts and soy and are made in a separate facility that does not process tree nuts.

Where are they made?

In small batches in San Saba, Texas, the Pecan Capital of the World, by a family pecan company that has grown and worked pecans there for generations.
